If you then want to continue with your application, select the position you’re interested in and click on Apply. You’ll be guided through a series of questions designed to ensure that you’re a suitable match for the role. We urge you to be honest in your answers as they’ll determine whether you reach the next stage of the process.

If you reach this next stage we’ll ask you to complete an application form in as much detail as possible. This allows us to check if you still match the criteria we look for. It may even mean that your experience is more suited to a different role, in which case we’ll automatically consider you for this alternative career opportunity.

We will then contact you via the email address you’ve supplied within 3 days to let you know if your application has been successful. If so, we’ll invite you to attend an Assessment Day or an interview as soon as possible. We’ll also keep in regular contact to keep you informed as to how your application is progressing.

If you haven’t met our criteria, we’ll let you know at this stage.

Assessment Days

We recruit the vast majority of our Retail staff through Assessment Days where you will experience group and individual exercises designed to reflect the role you’ve applied for. If you’re invited to an interview rather than an Assessment Day you’ll still complete the same exercises, but on a one-to-one basis.

If you are a success at this stage you’ll then be invited to attend an interview with one of our Store Managers.

Whilst we will endeavour to assess you at the earliest opportunity at an Assessment event in your local area, there may be a short delay if we have no vacancies within a reasonable travelling distance at the time.
